Visiting the Caribbean Sea

Belize is a small country in Central America, with tropical climate and mangroves along the Caribbean coast. It boarders Guatemala and Mexico. The capital is the small town of Belmopan. History of Belize is tightly connected with the Maya civilization that is truly amazing. By the way, it says that Maya's calendar is going to end and it leads the conclusion of the end the world. Culture of Belize, of course, goes back to the origins of civilization of the Maya, whose descendants are still living in the country. Most major centers of the Maya represent the ancient culture in pictures, signs, sculptures and other artifacts. There are several museums where we could get acquainted with some of them. The ruins of Tulum are vivid example of the ancient history. We felt as if we had been touched by it actually. I am still under those impressions.

Kayaking is a good rest visitors can afford themselves. We drove to the station where kayaks are given to people. We left our cars at the parking place and started for voyage. On the way of the sea kayaking we were caught in the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. We could watch huge tortoises and other marine life and rejoiced the surroundings. Fresh air and blue waters are very healthy for everyone who is visiting Belize. We truly recharged ourselves for the whole year this time.

Next year I am planning to go to Belize with my friends. I told them about my sea kayaking adventure and they want me to take them along with me. I would very happy to stay in a nice hotel with my close friends and try again sea voyage.
